Belt visualisation is an expansion of the SOANA® surface inspection system. The guiding light system makes it easier to detect the position of a defective component using light signals at the outfeed belt.

Belt visualisation is a secure and reliable way to indicate which component should be removed from the production process between the inspection site and the end of the outfeed belt. This makes it easier for your employees to identify the relevant defective component and facilitates quality assurance.

The visual indicator in your employee’s direct field of view helps them to maintain concentrated work for longer periods and minimises the risk of removing fault-free components from the production process or overlooking defects.

Our belt visualisation system can be acquired either as an expansion for SOANA® or as a stand-alone product, since it can also be coupled with third-party systems.
